Pray For Peace Foundation has obtained its AZ dealer's license. Accordingto the instructions that come with the license, the tax stamps are supposedto be affixed to the pot bag, showing that the tax has been paid. The stampsdepict a saguaro cactus rather than a pot leaf.
It's still illegal to deal pot, and Pray For Peace Foundation does notdeal pot. However, we support the effort to decriminalize it. Supportingthe license is a step in that process because it has raised questions ofdouble jeopardy in the courts.
